I started Springbrook Consulting because every client I worked with had stories of
consultants who billed endlessly without delivering meaningful results. I believe technical
solutions, done well, can be warrantied for performance against clear specs. I take the
healthcare cost crisis seriously and will not contribute to it by extracting value without
outcomes. In this work and in life, we are all in it together. My goal is to lift system
performance and the knowledge and culture of the teams I work with.
