After finalizing the scope of work, we activate the project timeline upon stakeholder alignment. Discovery is conducted through structured sessions, followed by framework based build and

documentation. Testing and validation ensure readiness for

go-live. Post-live support continues for weeks after launch.

All work is covered by a one-year warranty.
