Credits Optimization is a fixed-fee service that modernizes and automates credit balance management in Epic. This engagement helps clients accelerate resolution cycles, reduce manual workload, and improve compliance performance by leveraging proven automation and Epic foundation system workflows.

Typical Timeline

Base Pricing Assumptions

The project will leverage the Epic build wizard to establish a foundational configuration.

One client analyst will participate approximately 1–2 hours per week to:

Learn the build to support future state
-
Review and sign off on technical details and deliverables

Client resources are not expected to perform build or testing as part of this engagement.

Clients will provide representative remittance files (including PLBs) for validation within 10 business days of project start.

Integration with AP refund systems is not included and can be scoped separately.
